"Overall a great place to stay as the bed was comfortable and my room had a fantastic view of the sea, the busy River, golf course n city. However, I had to have my quilt changed as it was worn out. They should also change 2 of their squarish pillows as they’re just as worn out. Oh yes, the room door needs to be adjusted as I had to pull it hard to close with a bang. Compliments to all the service staff who were very helpful and cheerful. "

"First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. "

"Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty.
