"Absolutely stunning boutique hotel, we stayed in hibiscus room and the sunrise room both were exceptional. The staff the location and the pool were perfect and the breakfast was very good. They lay on a free Tuk Tuk to get you to from hotel to beach takes less than 5 mins but is easily walkable. We visited slightly out of season so Mirissa was quiet and not every restaurant and bar was open but D Canal was still fully booked so advice is book early as this hotel is a real gem in every way. "Wonderful setting. We stayed in 'Pepper Cottage' and felt like we were in the jungle - but in a safe way. Best massages we had in Sri Lanka. Also the best breakfast - it was just so beautifully prepared. Location is set back off a main road - which you cannot hear - but this meant it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants."

"Great location. A few meters away from the street. Decent size room , big bathroom. NO bed sheet to cover yourself with; only blanket. Very welcoming host. The kitchen on rooftop was great for the view but very filthy sink. Of course certain people do not clean after themselves. I recommend the maid cleans everyday. Overall great stay"

"Really nice and clean room but everything else where terrible, dirty and very old. The staff was laying in the few chairs and there were no place else to sit, not even in the small garden. We wantet a quiet vaccation but it was noicy from the mainstreet in front. We decided to leave again after 2 nights even we already paid for more."
