"The property is in a very nice community. We were there in the off season so most of was closed. The condo was comfortable, safe, and clean. The only point that was undesirable was that the bed was very uncomfortable."

"Nicely decorated, newly renovated rooms. Extremly close to the beach and to Riccione. The staff was very friendly. Sound-proofing was very bad, you could hear everything from everywhere. We had to change rooms once, because me and my husband had kids as neighbours and we could not rest because they woke up several times at night. Then we got a room with an almost newborn baby as neighbour... So room management of the hotel should be improved in the future."

"Good location but NOT a great hotel! Beds were like bricks, we were in agony by the time we checked out after 3 days. I asked twice for an iron, they didn't even know if they had one, then decided they had but we never received it. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive."

"Very close to the Misano Racing Track, the area is also nice. But the floor of the property was pretty dirty and it smelled like smoke inside. Apart from that the insulation is basically nonexistent so it got really cold during the night (except when you keep the radiator running 24/7). The check in/out was very uncomplicated and fast"
