The hotel was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were lucky to have a balcony overlooking the Arno River. It was spectacular at night! The bar and restaurant made dining easy and the food / service was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel to visitors!

The room was excellent however the only thing at times didnt work out was the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors - additionally the wifi was super slow only recommendation I would have is to have better internet service

Very nice hotel. Very close to train station. Room was like brand new and modern, 5 star. Great breakfast. Made to order cappuccino. Turn down service, gift on arrival, turn down gift, free water, fully equipped room, slippers, etc. kind and friendly staff. Very well priced.
