"Great 2 br rental! Great price! Every room is good size, I wasnt cramped in any space. And the large deck was a nice touch. The apt was remodeled nicely with central ac/heat which is rare in Manitowoc and Two Rivers. Theres also a parking lot which means yoyre not sharing a driveway when Manti doesnt let you park on the streers in the winter."

"The property manager put in a lot of work to get this ready. Beautiful furnishings and decor! They were accommodating with requests for a full size coffee maker in addition to the Kuerig they had. "Great location overlooking marina and close to downtown. Garage access was nice. Only issue was the noise from upstairs. Can’t complain about people walking around, but the ceiling walls were so thin it was really, really noisy. Unfortunately it woke all of us up the first morning at 5am. "I wish there were more clocks besides the one on the microwave. Maybe one in each bedroom. Three steps down from the second bedroom and living room, a small handrail is needed. I picked up menus from several places in town. This will help others that stay here, I will be booking this place again next year. Enjoyed our stay."
