Checkin to the property was swift and efficient..entering lobby was spectacular quaint countryside decor, along with magnificent dining room..did not get to experience the ground floor suites as we asked for a quieter area of establishment due to influx of young girls due to cheerleading conference. We were relocated to an older unrenovated area at the rear where the walls were paper thin and could hear everything from the rooms next door. This place allows pets which was disturbing to us as room near us had a barking dog at numerous times throughout the night ..this was unacceptable!! Management was made aware of this but barking dog issue persisted…

The Property was immaculate and well centered around Niagra Falls. Easily walkable to anything close to the Falls or just a leisurely stroll. Everyone here was easy to talk to and willing to help and make your stay a great one.

Newly renovated so in excellent condition. Staff was very pleasant and accomodating.

The views were amazing but half the outlets didn’t work in our two level suite, as well as the drawer on the dresser not aligning so it was unusable. Parking is expensive considering the above as well as the price I paid. It was 50$ a night….

We booked this hotel as part of a group for kids sports tournament weekend. Check in was very busy even with 3 staff checking in there was still a long wait. We were informed on site parking was full and parking at their off site lot was $15 and a 3min walk, walking back to hotel there are cheaper parking options albeit without in/out options. We arrived in our room to find while clean there was garbage left on the dresser and the heater/AC unit was rather loud so asked to move to another room. This was accommodated without any issues. As we were part of a group, some of the adults met up in one room for a few drinks in the evening, shortly after 11pm security entered the room unannounced and told us this was our 1st and final warning for noise, we made a conscious effort to keep quiet yet not more than 5min later the front desk called threatening to call the police. This whole situation was handled very poorly and made the whole stay rather disappointing. In hindsight we should have booked further away from the tourist area and the inflated prices/resort fees/tourist taxes that come with it.
