This ground level single bedroom flat is the perfect stop if you’re traveling through Missoula (1 minute from I-90) or planning to stay and explore.
STEPS away from Downtown, Shopping, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars + Breweries, the Clark Fork River, Music + Sport Venues, Hiking, Biking, the Missoula Public Library, and the University of Montana.
Prefer to stay in? Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. Coffee, TV, Internet, plenty of space to work, to read, or simply relax in a comfortable space.


With smart locks we are able to offer contactless check-in. However, we are available to interact as much or as little as our guests desire.

Close to both the interstate and downtown area of Missoula, you can explore the Waterworks trail just down the road, walk downtown to see the up and coming Missoula art scene, grab some local food and drinks, see a live show, even catch a float on the Clark Fork River (summer activity). Glacier National Park is 130 miles away . The Bitterroot Mountain Range is 30 miles away and Seeley Lake, with plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities (all seasons) only 53 miles away.

Perfect condo for our weekend stay. Immaculately clean. Nice renovation looks to have been done recently. Whole place looks brand new. Parking was great. Some train noise but its very minimum, not loud, was kinda nice to watch the yard in action. Overall this is an amazing place to stay.

Such an awesome little condo
My daughter and I really enjoyed this studio condo. It was spotless, everything we needed was there. The owners were so responsive and easy to deal with. It is next to the tracks but honestly I never noticed a train. The trains are quiet when they do come in. I would 100% stay here again!!

Great stay. Close to train tracks. Didn't sleep well the first night. After that, we didn't hear them at all. You get used to those things and the first night anywhere isn't so great. Very close to downtown, so were able to walk to some fine places. Felt very safe.

Great little Condo!
This condo looked exactly like the photos - clean, new, and bright. I came into Missoula with a family member for their medical procedure. This condo is close to the hospital (just a few minutes' drive) and close to downtown. Greg was very kind and prompt - even when I messaged around 11pm with a question. There was also nice card and surprise of some local beer in the fridge which I really appreciated! If you stay here, note it is next to the rail yard and the living room and bedroom windows face them. This was not an issue in terms of noise. I will say it's not the best view but there is plenty of beauty in Missoula to get out and enjoy! Thank you, Greg, for your hospitality!
