It's a nice place overall. However, it has two significant flaws. First, the $10 per night parking fee is an insult. The desk clerk told me, when I asked her about the fee, "Eight other properties in Missoula charge to park...". My guess is they use the money to cover the cost of the free breakfast. Second, they allow smokers to smoke near the entrances so on two separate occasions the first floor reeked of smoke. It's disgusting! It was disappointing and I am not likely to stay there again.

So my room wasn’t quite clean, with pubic hair in the shower. But I’m going to stand in the shower not sit so whatever. Friday night the swimming pool was great, but then it was too cold the rest of the weekend.

It was nice and pretty clean I did have candy wrappers under the edge of my bed. I thought the beds are extremely hard. They seem worn out. We were on second floor and kids ran up and down the hallways on the 2nd and 3rd all night. Maybe kids need to be on floor 1. I just expected a little more from the Marriot.

Hotel was nice and clean but holy moly is the pool packed with kids. Maybe we were there on a busy weekend but there were like 200 kids and bless the staff, they were standing by the hot tub the entire time kicking people out because there is a 10 person limit. If I’m paying almost $200 a night I’d like to not get kicked out of the hot tub. And the water is freezing you’d think it would be warmer with all the kids urinating in it. Not to mention kids sneezing on and touching all the breakfast food. I get it, it’s a kid friendly hotel but next time we’d rather go to the boring “old people” hotel.
