This is one of 5 new build cabins less than 5 miles from Bennett Springs State Park! With a gated entry and stocked pond, your family will enjoy the peace and serenity of the country while only being minutes away from other attractions. Sit on the front porch and enjoy a cup of coffee as you overlook the pond, take the kids fishing and catch dinner, or have a bonfire in the backyard. This property is 2 bedroom/ 2 full bath with an additional queen sleeper sofa located in the living room, being able to sleep 10 guests. Plad pantry is located only a quarter mile down the road for last minute snacks or items you may have forgotten. If you desire to float the Niangua River, Riverfront Campground will shuttle you to and from the cabin if you book through them. Come enjoy a simple and fun getaway with family and friends at one of our new Coyote Dens!!

Lots of parking area and plenty of space for boats and vehicles close to building. The building was very new. Floating at Niangua River. 15 mile takes 4 hours easy paddling. Fish were less than 6 in long in property pond. Excellent for tuning/practicing with fly rod or testing fishing gear. There are groceries 20 min away and fuel. Bennet was <30 min away. It would be nice to have a list of river access points for exploring river without paying to be dropped off. I would like to have known more about what amenities and activities are in the area. Communication was great via email. No issues during stay at the property. It was private.
