The lobby was attractive and welcoming. The breakfast was good. Room was clean and well-lighted. Bed and linens were comfortable. The only downside was the facility did not have an elevator. We didn't need an accessible room but didn't anticipate carrying luggage up the stairs to a 2nd floor room. The manager offered assistance. I would stay again.

Bed was uncomfortable. Paid for 2 queen size beds, but felt like they were smaller than a queen. Walls are thin and could hear people walking and talking while trying to sleep. Breakfast was ok. Pool and hot tub were nice.

2nd Floor only had stairs, no elevator! Getting luggage up and down the stairs was not fun for my very able son. (I use a cane to walk & it was slow going) . Breakfast was very good.

Large clean room with space for all our stuff. Great hot breakfast eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy - really appreciate that. Super nice staff Small bathroom but plenty of counter space inside and right outside the door to make up for it. Safe area to take a walk as well. Loved it!

The only complaint that i have is that the hot tub worked for about 4 minutes. We turned it on again and jets did not come on. It was very hot, which was good, just no jets.

They should indicate on their site that if you are travelling westbound on highway 280, you need to exit at 18A not 18B, as 18B takes you on to another highway going the wrong way, from which you cannot exit until you are completely off track for getting to the motel.
