"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"We stayed here for the weekend as a family with teenagers to visit the Christmas markets. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. The hotel has a modern quirky feel with the art on the walls and decor all around the hotel. For a large hotel it felt very cosy and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was really good and we also had lunch in the bar on the first day which was very tasty. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great location for exploring Berlin. Metro stop right outside the hotel. We chose a superior room but I wasn’t impressed. No nespresso machine, very basic. Breakfast not of the standard I would have expected. Unlikely to return. "

"Close enough to walk to all areas of interest but If you rather not, then 2 blocks far to metro Bellevue station. Nice stay. Very warm even for winter time."
