"Loved the location and amenities of this apartment! Had some difficulty with the on-site check in because there isn’t a real person to check in. It worked out for us, but not for another couple we tried to help. Was so happy to be out of the hustle and bustle of Hallstatt!! HOWEVER, not only are there additional guest and verbo service fees on top of the nightly charge, which is typical, but there's 70 eur cleaning fee in cash AND 10 eur per person towel and bed linen fee in cash!
