That was the worst experience in my many years of travelling and staying in motels. Expedia should remove that Motel from their list. The room had extremely bed smell so bad that I and my wife develop bad headaches after few minutes. The front desk person didn’t care and I felt as an intruder not a guest.

Long hairs stuck to the shower wall. Some mold in the corner of the shower. Dried wall plaster on the floor near the sink. Bathroom vent was so loud it was unusable—something is broken. AC hammered when it came on, low speed did not work. Too dark—need a floor lamp near the window. No place to hang clothes—no closet, no hangers. Overall, poor value for $200/night.

This was very conveniently placed between Canyonlands and Arches NP. It also is very convenient for the town. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was very small with little storage space but there was allocated parking spaces

It was really hard to reach anyone in charge of motel-we wanted extend one more night,and because no one responded,we were need to rebook again,otherwise Many at front desk was helpful and found us another room.

Good beds, good ice machine, great location. Had to kill a cockroach on the floor - ew - but at least it was a nice tile floor and not old carpet. I think the manager forgot to put breakfast items out as there were empty cases on the counter in the morning. We got milk and juice from the fridge and drink machine.

You're on your own if you stay here, which maybe could turn out fine but I wouldn't recommend this risk to anyone. Plenty of other options in Moab that I wish we'd gone with instead. There's not staff or management actually on site here (24-hour check in is a video kiosk in an otherwise empty front office), so you need to hope nothing goes wrong. Our toilet clogged (no big deal) but then overflowed (significantly bigger problem!) late in the evening. We shut off the water and mopped it up ourselves. The kiosk agent put us on lengthy holds to check with a manager. Their machine issued us a key to another room but the key didn't work and for whatever reason needed manager approval to try again. The manager called a while after midnight "hoping everything was okay" but we just missed it, and then they would not answer our returned calls and voicemailbox was full. We never got access to a clean room. The next morning, breakfast staff was on site and empathetic (and did have good food) but could not do anything about our situation. I talked to a new kiosk agent who allegedly started process for a refund in consideration of the awful experience. I called a week later to check on its status and was told they actually couldn't doing anything but if I wanted to talk to a manager they would call me. Still haven't heard from them, and no sign of a refund or apology.
