Why not spend your time away from home in this new beautifully appointed fully furnished townhome. After a busy day of hiking, biking, golfing, rafting, or jeeping you can sit and enjoy views of the LaSal Mountain and Moab’s beautiful red cliffs. Only 5 miles from downtown Moab you escape the hustle and bustle of downtown and enjoy the peaceful views right outside your back door.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all kitchenware, bakeware, pots/pans, glassware, dishtowels, basic spices, coffee maker plus many other small appliances to make your stay enjoyable.

This unit has two Master suites with en suite baths. Each bedroom has it’s own TV and the bathrooms are stocked with towels, pool towels and toilet paper.

The living area has a queen size sofa/sleeper to accommodate any additional guests.

In addition, there are two patios for twice the fun! Enjoy your morning coffee or tea at the small front patio table as you watch the sun rise over the rims. In the evenings you can appreciate a different view of the cliffs as you sip a refreshing beverage on the large back patio while BBQing right outside the back door. Comes equipped with a large patio table, chairs and umbrella.

Amenities include a community pool, hot tub, playground and tennis/basketball court for your enjoyment. There is also ample on-street parking for trailers, toy haulers, jeeps and RZRS’s.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, dishware, cookware and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has toilet paper, hotel size shampoo, body bar soap and hand soap in the bathrooms. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided) All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided. There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Cancellations must be done at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.

Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

located south of Moab but between the 2 visitor centers of canyon lands. Close to Moab for dining and shopping. 2 master suites. Worked great for 2 couples traveling together. Owner had trouble with the internet while we were there and took him a couple days to get it straightened out. And he did get it straightened out. Unfortunately we were without service (no TV) on Sunday and Monday and part of Tuesday which meant no NFL for the guys! It did get worked out and the service was good. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

We arrived to find the sofa bed broken and unusable for sleeping. I immediately contacted the property manager who informed me that the last two groups used it with no problem. Ummm, still broken. I suggested an inflatable mattress and a very sandy, large, inflatable mattress and an air pump quickly arrived at the door. My beast of a son (6-5”,230#) isn’t picky. He slept three nights there. All beds were comfy. My husband appreciated the hard line to the gas grill. Showers were hot with good water pressure. Overall good stay

Property was very nice. Everything we needed/ wanted and more. We were very comfortable and having this unit as home base was wonderful. There were five of us and the hide-a-bed was broken. We made it work by putting the mattress on the floor, probably the best way to use a hide-a-bed anyways.

Clean kitchen, well supplied with housewares but absolutely nothing as far as pantry items. Kitchen is small, galley style with room enough for 1 at a time only. Clean bathrooms. ! has double sink/large vanity, 1 has single sink with no counter space. Comfortable living room seating. Bedding and bath linens horrible. Towels were sour smelling and even worse when wet. Sheet and mattress covers didn't fit, got wadded up as you slept on them. Pillows old and flat. Very uncomfortable sleeping.

This condo was sufficiently equipped but could have been nicer with a few small improvements: a new showerhead, nightstands on both sides of the king bed, and cotton sheets (these were all polyester and so uncomfortable). Other things that would have been good to know: Unlike another Rim Rock Village condo we rented previously, the condos in this particular building do not have trailer parking. Also, directly behind this condo unit is a chain link fence enclosing a sports field complex.

Great condo south of Moab
We had an excellent stay at this condo. Plenty of space for the three of us. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good. Kitchen was also good. Some street noise gets through the windows but we were okay with it. It was a great value for us as a base of operations to visit Canyonlands and Arches.

Relaxing stay in comfortable condo
Two bedrooms with private bathroom in a comfortable condo. The air conditioner runs great. The family room has cozy seating with a big television. The kitchen had almost all the basics - had to go buy oil for cooking. Nice assortment of spices. There is a private grill on the back deck though it’s pretty dusty. Plan on cleaning it before using it. The televisions in the bedrooms are *tiny*. Easier to see if you stream it from your phone in bed. Good WiFi. The pool and hot tub area is large and comfortably fits several different groups. Safe neighborhood less fifteen minutes from the city of Moab and the grocery store.

We enjoyed this condo, good location to downtown 5 miles out, in a nice area. 2 King Bedrooms with ensuite was great. 2 parking spots was a plus, other condos we looked at only had 1, making it difficult if you have 2 parties driving. I would suggest a bathmat in the tub as it was slippery and the kitchen to have a few additional items, super easy fixes. The red clay did blow in under the front door easy clean up. Enjoyed our stay would go back again.
