Cleaning down the sides of the couch would be a good idea (which would have netted the cleaner a couple of extra dollars if they had done so) …The Spa service flier in the room was a poorly photocopied A4 piece of paper and the A5 booklet had food stuck on one of the pages, simple upgrades, cleaning and professional printing would make it so much more...
