"A very nice, comfortable room with spa. Meals were delicious. Room service option could be advertised in room with a menu. There was no information about this and also never saw the pool that was mentioned at check in. It would be good when booking to be notified re climbing stairs with baggage. Not everyone can do this. Also I didn't realise when booking that the breakfast is only served on weekends so that was a tad inconvenient having to organise another option on a work day. "

"The room was clean but when i took a towel off the towel rack. Half of the rack fell and was hard to put back. Was also quite noisy with traffic outside. Over all it was nice."

"A lot of stairs is hard especially with luggage. Change the queen bed to a king bed or two singles."

"While there is parking available at the property we were not given that option. Instead we had to park in a distant empty block with no security. Added to this was a parking charge of $25 a day. We were not made aware of this when booking. Subsequently we would not stay there again."

"The stay was great, I found that the 9-5 approach is not for me but you can drop off the keys in the box when leaving. Something that would be nice is some mosquito spray as the unit had a few and was playing catch all night. The bed was comfortable enough and so was the cleaning. Early breakfast was not available so best to go to the township for it🙂"
