Experience the heartbeat of Mobile Alabama while staying at this beautifully decorated 1910 historic home that has kept its southern charm including original wood floors yet it also has an Incredible remodeled kitchen and new bathrooms. The kitchen has new appliances and a large dining area and sitting bar. One bedroom has a king bed and the other two twin beds that are all equipped to provide the comfortable a good nights sleep. The living room has a large couch and a reclining chair for you to relax and enjoy a movie after a fun day exploring the area. There is also a small office area off the master bedroom. The large backyard deck provides plenty of space for outdoor seating and the front porch is a southern and cute as can be! No need to park on the street - this property has a driveway that lead to a large parking space in the back yard- this is a rare find in this area! This home is minutes from downtown but on the desirable Hunter Ave in the heart of a beautiful neighborhood. It has a new TV, Wi-Fi, and for some old school fun a CD Player and board games. Don’t miss out on this great home!

This midtown neighborhood is charming, quiet and centrally located to everything. The house is very clean and cozy, with a super comfy bed. Like sleeping on a hug. The kitchen is well equipped for meals at home.

Locked out Friday night
I was able to get in at 14:30 and left for a concert. When I returned the code I used earlier would not open the front door. I could not get ahold of the property owner that night after multiple tries. I had to get a motel that was subpar because 4 others I tried had no vacancy. My luggage with my meds was locked up in the house. I wasn't able to get in until around 930-10 the next day

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy cottage. Check in was so easy. The home was decorated so nicely and was very welcoming and attractive. This home was well equipped and very clean. The bedding was comfortable. Great A/C & ceiling fans. Appreciated being able to park in the back. We enjoyed our stay & hope to stay here again on our next visit.
