"What a beautiful clean home and the owners were so accommodating. They wrote us a letter on where to go for good food and what’s local..Left us a home made Caramel mud cake, chips dips and all the amenities you will need,I normally never write reviews but I must say this home is five stars and can not complement the owner’s enough.. Even gave us a late check out.. thank you for your hospitality "

"The Farm is a wonderful B&B located near Pakenham. Everything is styled beautifully and there is plenty of space to move around. Charlie & Dinah really make this a homely experience, with plenty of food and welcome touches, they really have thought of everything. The Farm has a private outdoor bath, bbq, and dining area along with full size laundry and bathroom. There are games available for the kids, pool table and televisions. Everything you need for a relaxing peaceful getaway is here at The Farm. Highly Recommend, would stay again!"

"Borough Cottage is an exceptionally comfortable family home. We loved everything about it including the very generous breakfast hamper, the comfy couches and cosy warm bed. Sitting on the verandah enjoying breakfast and watching the resident Eastern spinebill family was a highlight for us birdwatchers. Highly recommended."
