Came to town to visit the Funworks theme park, and definitely Enjoyed our stay - easy and convenient with a Dennys in the same parking lot, and a Dutch Bros coffee shop literally across the street … great staff and location - so much near by for all our needs

The price online I was suppose to get a good value but there were hidden fees added once I got to the property and not able to cancel because room fees were already paid for. I should of stayed at any other hotel and I would've saved money. I asked everyday including when I came to the property for a handicap room. The whole 4 days I was there I was not able to get one I use a walker. It is hard to get around in a walker on the side they put me on where there is no handicap access the doors are heavy. I'm not asking for special treatment but the manager could of at least waved the fees since I was not able to get a handicap room the entire stay but I was charged extra just because I wanted a fridge and microwave. I guess they don't want food in the room then it should at least be clean in the room. The floors are filthy and the staff would not clean it if I was there. I have minimal issues at other hotels in the area. This hotel is probably the worse when it comes to customer service. The staff also made a big stink and didn't want to provide water and wanted to charge $4 for a bottle. This property just wanted to nickel and dime for anything they could. If I was going to spend over $100 a night on weekdays I would've been better off anywhere else at least it would have been cleaner and the staff maybe more considerate of a person with disabilities. I would recommend any other hotel than this one.

I did cancel the reservation on time before check in, because no microwave, no refrigerator, no wifi, very smelly room, .. They call this piece of ... "Hotel " which is "Motel" . But they still charged my card and because of those BS forms of policy they won't refund them! BS indian scammers. I'm not recommending this place at all specially if you are traveling with family and kids. Not safe at all. Beware this is scam! Good luck...

Overall, my stay at this property was better than expected. It was clear that the property has been recently updated so the accommodations are nice for the price point. However, I did have some complaints: there are very few amenities in the room (no coffee pot, no microwave, and no mini fridge, for example), there was only hand lotion and no hand soap at the bathroom sink, and the lighting was very poor. Or room had a window that would have provided more light but then our entire room would have been visible to the patrons of Denny's directly across the parking lot. It was also very noisy--we could hear nearby rooms using the bathroom/shower, the doors near us slamming shut, people outside our room, etc. Thankfully my partner is a heavy sleeper and I wear earplugs to sleep so we were able to manage it but it could be harder for others. We felt safe there, overall, but I would have preferred to be on the 2nd floor or in another part of the property that didnt share space with a 24-hour business. In terms of location in the town, it was easy to access most areas and there were options for coffee and groceries nearby. I would stay there again for brief trips.

Clean room, comfortable bed. The building had been completely remodeled and it was in a convenient location for food and access to the fwy. All of the doors opened outside, which makes me a little nervous. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

The place is good, clean quite with laundry & gym inside the hotel. Walkable to my work. The only thing that I don’t like is the breakfast that they are serving it’s always the same everyday for 2 weeks it never changed. Other than that everything is very good. And the staff are very approachable, professional & friendly.

$60 Handtowel?!?!?!
After purchasing my stay with Hotels.com, Ramada texted me to check-in. At the end of the check-in process, it asked me for payment. Since I had already paid, I called Ramada and asked if I had to enter my card. The girl at the front desk said that I didn't actually have to check in that way and not to put my card in. I told her I was glad I called and felt like I would have been double charged. When I got there (around midnight), I was told I had to pay a deposit of $250. I woke up at 6 o'clock to put together some flowers for my father's service that started at 10 a.m. I cleaned up after myself, plus I only stayed in the room for a couple of hours, so it wasn't dirty. A couple of days later, I realized that I was missing $60 from my deposit. I called Ramada, and they told me they had charged me $60 for a "stained" hand towel. What handtowel is $60?!?! Plus, what stain? I think they were looking for any excuse to rip me off. I will never stay at a Ramada again.
