The star ingredient of many dishes is Puzzone di Moena, a semi-hard, strong cheese made with raw cow’s milk. Annual festivals celebrate local gastronomy, namely March’s A tavola la Fata delle Dolomiti(At the Table with the Dolomite Fairy) and September’s Sapori d’Autunno (Autumn Flavors).
