Dirty overall and pictures not accurate
"The place was dirty. Marks from spills on the wall, dust on counter tops in bedrooms, cobwebs in corners etc etc. the bath towels were lovely but very disappointed with the standard of cleaning. We have taken photos and think it reasonable to ask for a refund of the cleaning fee as it clearly needed ..."
