"This was our seventh visit to this hotel and always feels like coming home. A relaxed holiday in wonderful surroundings. Nothing much to do in the evening and you need a car if you want to get around. One shuttle to the beach and a local trip is all there is from the hotel. But for ambience and relaxing super. "

"Apartment was very spacious and really enjoyed having our own pool. Beach club was lovely, shame we couldn’t have access anytime. Could do with a more family friendly restaurant on site as nothing near by. Rubbish, they might have had a norovirus bug in the hotel but staff made every effort with sanitisers at meal times to eliminate this, although we never spoke to anyone who was affected. "Basic apartment but provided everything we needed. Excellent power shower and double sinks were good. We didn’t select a room with a terrace and didn’t miss it as went to beach each day - 30 minute steady pace walk away. Lack of receptionist wasn’t ideal but was able to telephone number posted on wall and they sent someone over. Rooftop pool area was clean and never had many people at it. Includes to Cabana type beds at no cost. Location is around half way between sea level and very top....

"We have been to this hotel about 5 times over the years and really enjoy our stay there. The rooms facing the harbour are lovely with a great view, staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good with lots of choices. The only complaint I have is about people saving sun loungers early in the morning. I don’t like this attitude. I imagine it’s hard to regulate though "
