"We had an amazing stay and will be definitely staying there again. The room was big and clean for such a reasonable price. The view was nice of the mural across the street, the bed was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The reception service on arrival and during was 10 stars and very friendly. Thank you so much for making our stay the greatest even if it was for a short while."

"The cottage is immaculate with everything you could want and Mandy is the most delightful host. I wish I could have stayed longer and got to know the area but, alas, I couldn't. Very highly recommended."

"Couldn't get any communication from Will, found key in the letterbox but we could not stay there, absolutely disgusting condition, clothes everywhere, mold growing in pots, toothbrushes, used unwashed linen, beds unmade, basically crap everywhere. We could not stay one night in this property, had to book a motel elsewhere. "

"This property needs a lot of maintenance. The carpets were terrible, all worn and bubbling, it felt like there was no underlay underneath the carpet. There was paint peeling from the walls and the whole place needs a good clean and repainting. The unit next door had nice floor boards and was much nicer. The soap dispensers in the showers are tacky. The kitchen was dirty, the cupboards needed wiping and the glass ware dirty. There was only one wine glass in the cupboard. The only good thing...

"Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay."

"The Bosses Settlement was a real find and surpassed our expectations from the moment we arrived. Picturesquely located in rolling countryside, cahrmingly renovated, very comfortablely furnished (esp the beds),the Settlemnet had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Apart from the house there were so many outdoor areas to relax in, verandahs on 3 sides, beautiful gardens and a fire pit area. "Our booking for this property was made in February 2024, on the morning of our check in after attempting to find out where to collect our key, we were notified that this property was double booked. We had soccer competitions this weekend and everything Shepparton was booked out. No notification in advance, no email and no call. Absolutely terrible!"

"The property is lovely- very clean and the furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped so you just need to bring food The atmosphere is all about relaxing and enjoying the countryside. We were 4 adults and 3 grandchildren under 8. There was plenty to keep the kids happy with games and books as well as the large enclosed yard with trees, cows nearby and a swing! All in all our 3 nights were so much fun"

Plentiful birdlife, which you could watch from the verandah that surrounds the house, or as you go on a casual stroll across the property. A large, extremely comfy bed. "10/10 it is my favourite motel so far. The lovely receptionist that greets you on check in and looks after you during your stay is a highlight. She got everything I asked for instantly, and even made our room available to us so we could stay for longer at the motel. The best part is you never got harassed during any part of the day by any other staff. You felt safe, it was quiet and for once i felt comfortable to use the pool and spa and could leave and go the shops, knowing my room was locked and safe. Even to just ask for extra towels or for toiletries, more milk...anything you needed was done, without any judgment or dirty looks from the staff that usually occur when you stay else where. It was homely and we would love to stay as long as we can here and will be definitely recommending this hidden place to everyone back in Perth. The spa bath in room 1 is amazing, first time 2 tall adults can actually fit comfortably and the aircon was always set perfect. Very Clean, No complaints at all! "

"The room is really well equipped, with kitchenette that has a coffee pod machine, sink, and microwave. Ensuite was modern and nice. Room was very clean. Large screen tv with access to all your apps such as logging into Netflex, YouTube etc. Management was very friendly and helpful. Was nice to have a dip in the pool, however it could do with a shade sail other than umbrellas. 2min drive to fantastic pubs, cafes, shops and main street. Euroa has many options. Only negative was the thin walls, like most motels. We were woken by crying baby at 11:30pm and 3am the first night, but second night was very quiet with new people. Just one of those unlucky moments. Have stayed here before, and will continue to stay here travelling to and from Melbourne. 2 nights was a great stay. "
