Nestled on over three-quarters of an acre, you'll have plenty of room for all of your water and desert toys including space for RV hookups! Launch your boat or jet skis on the launch ramp or enjoy sunsets on the dock. Waterway runs from Laughlin all the way down to Lake Havasu! This is truly a one-of-a-kind property that has it all!

Great family sized house. Great beach for your jet ski and boat, plenty of room! Great house with everything you’ll need to cook. Was able to use the garage to keep cars out of sun. Tony was a great with communication , great host all around! Looking forward to booking this house again.
