"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"This is a nice boutique hotel in a countryside village in the heart of the Marche region, ideally located if you have a car and plan to move around. The rooms are very clean, the beds are fairly comfy and the town goes silent at night, so you are guaranteed a good night's sleep.
