"Couldn't get any communication from Will, found key in the letterbox but we could not stay there, absolutely disgusting condition, clothes everywhere, mold growing in pots, toothbrushes, used unwashed linen, beds unmade, basically crap everywhere. We could not stay one night in this property, had to book a motel elsewhere. "

"Quirky barn, rural, walking distance to beautiful restaurants in Bank St. Hosts are lovely and very responsive. Loads of old memorabilia. Bedrooms are upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Great garden and surrounds."

"We had a lovely Christmas visiting our family. The house was perfect with plenty for our family of 5 and a kitchen for preparing food to take to lunch and a large dining table to have a meal with friends. It was lovely and cool in the heat and the evenings were peaceful watching the birds on the lake and amazing sunset views. The kids loved the park at the end of the court. "

"Such a great stay at this beautiful property. Three families have enjoyed staying here for the second year in a row. So spacious and has so many comforts for all of us. "We came for a fishing weekend.The location and facilities of the house were good and accommodating.The kids loved the Canoe and the kayak. Our only comment was that the kitchen is fairly small and can be better equipped."

"We had a fantastic stay at this country retreat. From the moment we booked Chez was a gracious and attentive host, providing everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property itself was beautifully presented with four big queen rooms, open fires, an amazing outdoor entertaining area and large central bench style kitchen. "Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay."

"Great location It’s was just felt like you were at home with all the little extras that were included. For example the pantry had food the fridge was also not bare and there was even washing powder ready in the laundry to use. Thanks so much for making it an easy comfortable stay 😊"

"The property is lovely- very clean and the furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped so you just need to bring food The atmosphere is all about relaxing and enjoying the countryside. We were 4 adults and 3 grandchildren under 8. There was plenty to keep the kids happy with games and books as well as the large enclosed yard with trees, cows nearby and a swing! All in all our 3 nights were so much fun"
