"Hotel staff were amazing. Very helpful. From the front desk to the restaurant staff! All lovely! The hotel itself is a gem! Small, quiet, beautiful. The rooms were very clean, the bed was heaven! We had complimentary breakfast and it was delicious. The restaurant is a rooftop with a gorgeous view!!! The hotel is walkable to all the touristic areas. It is not in the middle of the crowded areas which I appreciated very much. The only thing to keep in mind is that they have no parking insite....

"NaturHotel is very beautiful and totally a game changer in the hotel category. Such a beautiful place, scenery and if you come to relax in Cuenca, Ecuador; a must see place to stay.. However, here are just some flaws.. service request takes forever to come. There are only a few units so the service should be fast. I understand that the concept is “one with nature”, at least put a mirror?! It was a good stay.. would i come back? Yes! Just don’t expect too much.."
