"Lovely stay, weather gorgeous - Patrice very helpful. Garden needs a little attention, particularly by the steps. Needs to supply more cups otherwise more than enough utensils and crockery. Advertised as a smoking house but Patrice preferred not."

"The perfect getaway — lovely cosy evenings by the fire, and days spent in this heavenly French chateau and its grounds. Lots of tennis played on the clay court (sadly too chilly to use the pool) but excursions to beautiful Chablis, Auxerre and the abbey at Pontigny were particular highlights. Can’t recommend enough!"

"The house was perfect for a large group, we ate most of our meals in the outdoor area which was sheltered from the sun and we could watch the kids in the pool. The house was well equipped and clean. It was great having the outdoor cooking area which had a fridge and dishwasher. There isn’t anything in the village but activities are close by so it’s not a problem. I would recommend for large groups."

"This was just perfect for a much needed break. A warm welcome and a well equipped house. Spent most of the time sitting in the back garden admiring the view! Only one very slight comment about the wi-fi; signal is almost non-existent so even surfing is very slow, perfect if you are not in a hurry:) And yes, the bread machine allowed us to meet other people from this and surrounding villages at 8am, don't delay as it goes very fast!"

"Nice country gite, modernised but could do with a little maintenance. Overgrown trees and shrubs. Plentiful hot water. Interesting electrics. Very surprised and displeased to be charged cash on arrival for cleaning, linen etc - issue to be resolved! Nice sitting in garden. Excellent location. Close to Templar site. "It was a wonderful hotel and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late and no parking was available we had to park in a public lot about 2 blocks away. We had dinner our first night and were disappointed with the limited menu and they seems to be short staff. We think because no place in Chablis is open on Sunday night, everyone in town was eating at the hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked fabulous. That said, we did have a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. "
