Excellent Apartment in Menton
The apartment was excellent. Fully equipped Including WiFi and DVD. Ideal location for the centre of Menton and the many bars and restaurants. As I was in my car the underground parking was perfect . Secure and safe. The train station is just a few hundred yards away for trips along the coast i.e Monte Carlo, Antibes and Cannes. Will definitely return in the future, The owner couldn't have been more helpful. Very satisfied. G.H.Bunting(Mr)

Emplacement superbement bien situé, avec pkg privé. Quelques pbs de plomberie désagréables. Mais que le propriétaire s’engage à régler. Manque un peu de luminosité (pb loggia) et de vue. Agréable séjour dans l’ensemble.

Magnifique séjour dans un agréable appartement à l’emplacement idéal
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable grâce à la gentillesse du propriétaire qui avait tout parfaitement organisé. L’appartement était plaisant, propre, bien situé et fonctionnel. Le plus était l’immense terrasse fleurie où il était possible de manger et de se reposer grâce aux chaises longues. Nous reviendrons dès que possible ! Des vacances réussies☺️ Nous recommandons vivement.

Appartement très bien situé. Si je peux me permettre de vous dire qu’il faudrait changer le tuyau et la pomme de la douche,car ça fuit et il n’y a pas de couteaux sauf des couteaux pour tartiner et des verres à eau.

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail nicht nur die Wohnung sondern auch die Vorbereitung der Anreise durch den Vermieter! Von der Stecknadel bis zum Küchengerät, vom Sonnenschirm bis zum Föhn alles war vorhanden. Super nette Nachbarn die bei manchen Sprachbarrieren immer helfend zur Seite standen. Ottima residenza in posizione eccellente
La casa è veramente comoda per 4 persone, piena di accessori ed elettrodomestici. Il patio esterno è molto comodo e riservato. L'edificio è letteralmente a 200mt di cammino dalla spiaggia. Di alto valore il parcheggio nell'interrato dell'edificio accanto. Un pò macchinosa la gestione delle chiavi, dei codici, degli ascensori, soprattutto perchè il titolare non è in sede ma invia istruzioni per posta (ahimè tradotte con il translator e quindi addirittura fuorvianti). Avremmo gradita una semplice planimetria con i percorsi. Non ci è piaciuta la poca chiarezza su asciugamani e lenzuola, ma devo dire che l'host è prontamente intervenuto e in mezz'ora (dietro pagamento) il problema è stato risolto. In definitiva la posizione è ottima per chi vuole stare vicino alla spiaggia ma lontano dalla confusione (e dai prezzi) del centro, che comunque si raggiunge in una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Comunque nelle vicinanze c'è tutto, Carrefour, ristoranti e altri servizi.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine ! L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de tous commerces et surtout, la plage juste en face et facile d'accès. L'appartement est très bien équipé, propre. Le patio bien grand et surtout à l'ombre, l'appartement ne chauffé pas. Notre hôte, très réactif et à l'écoute. Les instructions étaient plus que correct, tout pour nous faciliter le séjour. Nous ne pouvons que recommander l'appartement. Un grand merci !

Das Wohnobjekt: Genau so, wie es in der Beschreibung formuliert und abgebildet ist, finden Sie es vor. Tolle Raumaufteilung, riesiger, überdachter Balkon und alle für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt nötigen Utensilien (Teller, Gläser, Besteck, Töpfe, Waschmaschinine, Microwelle etc.) sind vorhanden. Das Appartement ist Teil einer großen, gepflegten Wohnanlage, die mit umfangreichen Sicherungseinrichtungen versehen ist. Die Bewohner-man sieht sie sehr selten- sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Obwohl das Appartement mitten in der Stadt und nur ca. 200 m vom Meer entfernt liegt, befinden Sie sich in einer Oase der Ruhe: Kein Verkehrtslärm, kein Straßenlärm, einfach nur Ruhe. Die Umgebung: Menton ist eine Perle. Die Stadt strotzt vor Leben und Lebenslust. Am Strand und der Strandpromenade finden Sie alles, was einen Urlaub ausmacht: Cafés, Restaurants, Bars (z.T. mit Live-Musik), vorgelagerte, schöne Strände, die viel Liegeplatz bieten. Kultur? Ja. Besuchen Sie unbedingt das Museum von Jean Cocteau. Wenn Sie einen Ausflug nach Nizza oder Monaco machen wollen, nehmen Sie den Bus. Für 1,50 €/Person (Sie haben richtig gelesen) sind Sie dort. Was ich Ihnen empfehle? Fahren Sie hin, buchen Sie bei Michel Meyer und Sie können alles selbst erleben.

Appartement calme et bien situé mais sale
L'appartement est très bien situé proche de la mer et du centre ville, le parking est un plus très pratique. Malheureusement il n'avait pas été nettoyé et nous avons eu la visite de plusieurs cafards. Et pourtant les locataires payent des frais de nettoyage. Attention pas de draps et serviettes fournis.

Appartement idéalement situé plage à 2 minutes à pied, centre ville idem. La résidence est calme et bien entretenue. Location conforme à la description et très bien agencé, la terrasse et un réel plus. Menton est une ville animée mais ou le calme est appréciable. Petits et grands seront satisfaits.L'arrière pays est un bijou avec une mention spéciale au village d'Eze. L'Italie a deux pas bref une superbe région. Le climat chaud et humide ( surtout la nuit ) ne sont pas difficile à supporter car l air venu de la mer atténue légèrement la chaleur. Les conditions d'arrivée et de départ sont précisé et efficaces, Mr Meyer est à votre disposition pour toutes demandés et très réactif. Un ôte à l'écoute et très agréable.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in Menton. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist vor allem die große Hilfe durch den Vermieter (Herr Meyer), der uns bei allen Fragen sehr kurzfristig Antwort und Hilfe gab.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in der „ Zitronen“ Stadt
Das Appartement ist für 2 recht angenehm groß.die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Im Sommer ist die große Loggia ein weiterer Raum ,um sich im Schatten aufzuhalten. Leider sind die Stühle am Esstisch sehr einfach und unbequem. Die Lage in Menton ist prima.Nahe am Strand, die Innenstadt ist fußläufig und es sind viele Geschäfte in der Nähe. Der Bahnhof von Menton ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, damit ist man schnell in Monaco, Nizza, Cannes oder ähnliche Orte an der Côte d‘Azur. Die Tiefgarage ist gut zu befahren, nur war der Stellplatz sehr feucht. Bis auf das Wetter hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

The apartment is comfortable, clean. Located next to the casino, the loggia overlooks a quiet garden. A pebbly beach is a 3-minute walk away. Shops, restaurants, cafes - all within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need for a family with children. 100% recommend.
