I genuinely love staying here with my children. The pools, the food, the rooms are all very wonderdul. Overall, the service and help is excellent, however every once in a while youre met with subpar customer service though it happens rarely enough to not deter me from coming back. I loce it here.

Perfect In Every Way.

We’ve stayed here previously so knew what to expect but it exceeded our previous visits. Service was exceptional, food was excellent. We love the views from the balcony & it’s well worth the upgrade….Judith at reception was such a help & was so professional….always clean rooms and communal areas ..room service is just amazing !!!

This hotel was great, staff was awesome, highly recommend it ***BUT BUYER BEWARE *** Do not get the $48 euro breakfast there, defiantly not worth it, food trays were empty and the eggs reminded me of my military years, don’t tilt your plate your eggs may run off the plate. This place would be 5 stars if it were not for the constant jack hammering from 8:30 am to 6pm, Upon check in we were advised af construction but told we wouldn’t hear from our room! That was not accurate it was constant every day 8:30 am to 6:30 pm you could not hear the TV you could not talk in the room as it sounded like it was actually in our room entire trip
