"Absolutely negative. Do not stay. The property is old and they have insects crawling over beds/floor. The staff do not care about your concerns. The internet does not work. Ever. They have one unsecure open connection for the whole hotel which only works in the lobby. The staff are rude and do not care about the service. The food is mediocre and the location is in the middle of nowhere. The reception staff and the 'managers' really need to learn customer service. The arrogance is unbelievable....

"I liked the hotel it was nice and it’s clean and the view was amazing ❤️ the only problem I had was the AC didn’t work but they offered to change the room for me so that’s nice. It’s really local to all monastir and the marina overall the hotel is really nice breakfast lunch and dinner always served buffet style. Really good hotel for the price you pay. Another thing check in can be 24 hours that’s very helpful to know because I was delayed till 4 am and I had no issue at all so that part was...

"The reception dude, is so entitled and got an attitude. Also, there is no lock on the inside of the room door. Which allows the room service to come in at anytime they want and it did happened. Honestly i was disappointed i had i spent 3 hours there, then i went and i changed the hotel"
