"We were lucky staying this property in autumn. View from windows were just perfect. Property is very clean and has character. Owner is very friendly and response was quick. I recommend this property for 2 couples, family of 4 with pets. The best thing is not too far from city. However experience is totally countryside’s relaxing getaway."

"A rugged bush property, less than 10 minutes from Macedon township. Driving into the property's initially steep gravel drive, in a 2WD car, required some initial speed and staying in low gear, but proved no problem for our family group, in three vehicles, two of which were 2WD. The main house and two "container bedrooms" were all spotlessly clean and very well, appointed. "I had 5 staff staying at the house who were working in Ashbourne. They found the house difficult to find on the first night as they complained it wasn't very well signed. Admittedly it was dark when they arrived. They found the house cold. They said it was a very nice house but for these things. "

"This was a lovely tiny house. The views were beautiful and the accommodation was excellent. Certainly a great place to stay overnight in summer. We enjoyed it very much."
