Enjoy the easy entrance immediately in front of this townhome with the door only steps away. A cozy great room features a comfortable living area with lots of seating. The open concept floor plan starts in the kitchen, which has plenty of counter space and comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare dinner for the whole family. There is additional seating for 4 at the bar so friends can gather to chat while cooking. The dining area has ample seating for 6 at the table.
The Master King bedroom is on the main level with a bathroom ensuite. The kids will love the bedroom on this level that features 2 Twin/Single Beds and has access to a full bathroom in the hallway. There is another sleeping area off the kitchen with a pyramid bunk twin over double for your group to spread out. The top floor features a King bedroom and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. This level also has an office area with a day bed available. The three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and additional sleeping areas allow the home to comfortably accommodate 8 people.
Off the living area, a screened-in deck is a perfect place to kick your feet back and unwind with a glass of wine at the end of a fun filled lake day. The ping pong table in the garage will let the children work off some extra energy, not to mention all Bernard's Landing amenities that are included in your stay!

Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.
Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
