Fully refurbished 3-room apartment with a balcony and a view over the mountain

Covering an area of ​​52m2, 3 rooms our accommodation is ideally located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence in the village center of MonĂȘtier, within 5 min. walk from the ski slopes of the magnificent ski resort of Serre Chevalier and the Grands Bains thermoludic.

Completely renovated in 2016 and friendly, it can comfortably accommodate 6 people (sleeps 7 max.).

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC and a large bright living room with lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven , microwave, coffee filters, device and griddle scraper ...).

Beds: 1 double bed (140x190), 1 bunk bed (80x190) + 1 single bed (90x200), 1 fold-out sofa bed comfortable (120x185).

Functional, it has plenty of storage space, including 1 alcove and 1 locker to rest your ski equipment on the ground floor.

Additional highlights include balconies with superb views of the Glacier of the Lambs and free wifi!

You will be welcome by our super caretakers, Jérémie and Marjolaine, that will contact you before the beginning of your, in order to plan and arrange your arrival. They will provide you with the code of our keybox, that will allow you to enter the flat on your own, from 4pm onwards, if they are are not available to welcome you themselves. They will remain available for any question or issue you may have throughout your stay, and will be there when you leave the flat.

The apartment is rented WITHOUT linens. If you do not wish to bring your own, you would be able to order sheets and / or bath towels from our caretakers directly, and pay a 20€ fee per person.

Regarding the household, it can be carried out either by vacationers or by our caretakers, depending on their availability (which is an additional charge when booking). If you choose to do the cleaning yourself, we will ask you, as a precaution, a deposit check "household" in case of necessary retouching. The advertised rate also includes the tourist tax, due to the municipality of MonĂ©tier by the holidaymakers (0. 75 € per night per person).

Place non private parking in front of the building; if not available, you will find such a large car park 400 meters from the residence. The village is also served by a shuttle Hautes Alpes (Line H, Briançon <> Monétier).

Our 52-sqm apartment is Ideally located on the 1rst floor of a quiet apartment complex in the heart of MonĂȘtier-les-Bains. Less than 5 minutes walking distance from Serre Chevalier's slopes - one of the Most Beautiful ski resort in the Alps - and 'Les Grands Bains' recreational spa.

The apartment was fully renovated in 2016 to include all the comforts of home and offers accommodation for 6 (to max. 7) guests.

This apartment is Composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with separate toilets, 1 large and well-lit living room with a lounge / dining corner / fully equipped kitchen (comprenant un dishwasher, cooker induction, oven, microwaves, filter coffee maker, raclette grill , pancake griddle ...)

It sleeps up to 6-7 people in 1 double bed (140x190), 1 bunk bed (80x190), 1 single bed (90x200), 1 comfortable sofa bed (120x185) (+ 1 extra single bed).

This apartment is very functional and plenty of storage space HAS Including in the lobby. It aussi has 1 ski locker on the ground floor.

In addition, you will enjoy a beautiful ict balcony with a view of the 'Glacier Lambs''s valley and free wifi!

Arrivals should be scheduled between 4pm and 7pm and departures between 8am and 10am. You will be welcome by our caretakers and they will remain available for any question or issue.

We do NOT Provide household linen. If we were to choose this service, we would assume 50% of the expenses.

Cleaning May be done Either by the hosts or by our caretakers (THUS resulting and in an additional fee). Please let us know qui option suits you better! In the event, our caretakers still need to spend time cleaning the flat after you did the cleaning and leave, the amount of approx. 60th will be cashed. The total price also includes the vacation tax, due to the local authorities of MonĂ©tier (0. 75 € per night per person).

Located close to all the shops and facilities. (Eg, groceries, bakeries, pharmacy, ski rental services, Tourism Office ...).

For Those Who come by car, there are not private parking spaces in front of the building. If none is available, you will find a wide parking lot, 400m away from the apartment. The town can be atteint aussi by bus (Hautes Alpes, line H, Briançon <> MonĂȘtier).

This is a non-smoking apartment. Small pets are accepted. No lift.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour, l'appartement correspond parfaitement Ă  la description et aux photos. Appartement trĂšs fonctionnel et lumineux, bien situĂ©. L'arrivĂ©e en autonomie est top. Seul bĂ©mol (info manquante dans le doc d'arrivĂ©e donc Ă  communiquer aux prochains locataires) : nous avons Ă©tĂ© verbalisĂ© sur le stationnement devant la rĂ©sidence, alors que le panneau est illisible. ATTENTION le jeudi de 9h Ă  11h la gendarmerie ne fait pas de cadeau mĂȘme si le dĂ©neigement n'est pas nĂ©cessaire et utilise en plus un panneau mobile dĂ©posĂ© Ă  9h et retirĂ© Ă  11h (celui-ci Ă©tait lisible, vu par un voisin). Je recommande.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour chez Alice et Gabriel. Appartement mignon tout plein, joliment dĂ©corĂ©, bien Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs lumineux. Proche du centre ville que l'on peut rejoindre Ă  pieds. Pas de place de stationnement attitrĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© de l'appartement ce qui peut ĂȘtre un inconvĂ©nient vu la difficultĂ© pour stationner au Monetier, mais neanmoins nous avons pu nous dĂ©brouiller sans trop de difficultĂ©.
