"Fantastic house and really well equipped, the house is cool inside with extremely comfortable beds and great sunset views. The pool is great and private. Patricia's response rate to questions is quick and any and all queries resolved. The only negative was the building works taking place next door/overlooking the driveway, a new house is being built and the noise from the machinery, cutting of metal, hammering etc was a little annoying. The noise is intermittent but did tend to start at 8am many...

"Le Mayrinet is a rural gite and was much as we expected. It is situated about a 20 minute drive away from Verdun-en- Garonne where there are two supermarkets with everything you need for your stay. "I was extremely pleased with hotel de college! Beautiful hotel, well appointed room, very happy with the thermal baths right next door. My room also had a mini kitchen which was fantastic as a great to go kitchen basically across the street(and I was by myself doing the gr 65). I hate hotels who don't let you open the windows so this was also a plus. Best night of my trip so far!"

The noise is intermittent but did tend to start at 8am many mornings and we appreciate not in the control of Patricia however it would have been good to know ahead of time.
