"This property always offers friendly staff upon your arrival and throughout the stay. It is easy access to all the areas in Salem. The rooms are great every time I have visit. Just a minor spot in the carpet this past time I was there. At one point the elevator did not work but the repair was rapid by the maintenance personnel. I would definitely stay at this location once again."

"We gathered for a three-generation family weekend and loved our stay at The Lodge. The setting is peaceful and gorgeous, and the house is spacious, with many different areas indoors and outdoors to relax alone or gather for conversation. The place lives up to the photos!Polly has thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Great directions for accessing the property. The place is exceptionally equipped with everything you need, and things are helpfully labeled. Super attention to detail. Communication with Polly was easy and quick. We had just one hiccup with the WiFi, messaged Polly, and she immediately fixed it remotely.This was our first stay at The Lodge, and, because it out-performed by far other large properties we've rented for this gathering, we're already booked again for next summer!"
