"Lovely hotel let down by a few avoidable issues. We arrived to our family room (2 adults 2 children) to find a great sized room for us all with a double bed and a settee bed. However we noticed the settee bed was not made up and we also only had towels for 2 people. This was fine as we planned to go out for dinner so we informed the reception that the bed needed making up and we also needed more towels. We returned 2 hours later to find the settee bed with a sheet on and 2 pillows, no duvet. So...
