We brought our 2 grandsons to stay overnight and play at the waterpark… they really enjoyed ourselves and will be back soon. The only disappointment was that the air conditioner was not working in the arcade.

I just wanna give the manager Jared 10 stars. He was excellent with customer service went above and beyond that his way to make sure everything was right even though Expedia did not let us know that the tickets for the waterpark was not included. Place was nice, just wish it said the park was not included with the stay. Drove a hour in a half to be driving home at 8:30. Tried to make the best of it with my kids by using the pool but there was atleast 20 kids in there so we only got about a hours worth of playing. Not mad at the place just an overall depressing trip with the kids.

When I went in my room the bathroom had a blob of hair on the wall. They did move me to another room in that room as I was laying in my bed there was a big beetle looking bug on the ceiling

Reservation did not include water park, it was impossible to get help from staff when you can find someone, in the water park it was very unsafe limited life guards, no rule enforcement, I’m surprised this water park is operating
