"Property was nice, clean, easy access to many places. Huge back yard, we had 5 adults, plenty of room for us. It was winter, so we did not utilize the screen porch or the deck so much, this would be a great place for summer visits. Overall, not a bad choice if you want a place to stay in Easthampton. "

"I booked this for my elderly Mom and her adult granddaughter who were in town for the holidays and also awaiting a January 1 move in to a new apartment. Fidelis was attentive, kind, and responded quickly to any issues in the property. The place itself was truly like home away from home and convenient to stores, shopping and public transportation. "We were in Sturbridge for a wedding and wanted a place to enjoy the spectacular of a fall weekend in MA, this place had spectacular views and was clean to stay at"

"Wonderful, updated and well-stocked kitchen and IMMENSE refrigerator helped with making four mammoth feasts in a row for family, with grandkids and pooches underfoot. Terrific location, beautifully appointed house, and Colleen could not possibly be more responsive. Thanks for having us!!!"

"The duplex was clean and quiet. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to make dinner, although there was no kitchen towel for drying hands and dishes (very minor). Three bedrooms, two with a double/queen, one with a single, and it looked like the couch in the living room was a pull out. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. Wi-fi worked well. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would stay here again if in the area. "

"We loved this cottage! It's right on Glen Echo Lake in Charlton, perfect for a romantic getaway. The cottage was spacious and the king sized bed was wonderfully comfortable. The bathroom has two sinks and two shower heads. The furniture was all comfortable and clean. There's a smart TV so you can get all your streaming services and YouTube. The living room couch power reclines and is dangerously comfortable. Everything looked new and modern. The kitchen comes with all the essentials: pots and...

"Everything about the house and property was exactly as described. We had the best time there with plenty of space to spread out. It was very clean and comfortable. The kids had so much fun exploring and they visited the ice cream shop everyday that it was open.We will definitely stay here again."

"The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. So much to do and such a lovely location on the lake. I wish we had been here in summer, it’s got to be spectacular. Hot tub was well cared for. Snow removal was good. Beds were comfy. Lots of dishes pots and pans. Does not include cooking supplies like oil or seasonings or cooking spray, just fyi. Awesome that we didn’t have to strip beds! "The house was clean and perfect location for us. The owner had more than enough amenities and offered help in whatever questions I had. We plan to stay here on the regular now for visiting our daughter during her next 3 years. "

"This is a nice property and the downstairs to a duplex. They provided snacks and plenty of bottled water. Blankets, shampoo, and soap were also onsite. The hosts are responsive, and communicative. It is a quiet area, but if there is someone staying upstairs you will hear walking above you. Overall a great place to stay if you're in the area!"

"Perfect location for a holiday stay. Plenty of room with 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Open floor plan with a great kitchen that had everything we needed during our stay. Since I had to work remotely I made great use of the home office with stable internet. The finished basement (location of 5th bedroom) with bath and kitchenette, would make sharing by two families a breeze. Appreciate parking in the garage, but there is also parking on the driveway, and street if needed. Hope to stay here...
