"Very enjoyable stay. Home was in an area of smith falls that was easy walking distance to canal and downtown restaurants. Prompt response from owner. The home is a duplex. It was as pictured and very well equipped with everything we needed. The lack of a washroom on the main floor has been previously mentioned. While it had been renovated, the home was starting to show the wear and tear of renters. It would benefit from a coat of paint to refresh it. "

"Group of 5 adults stayed here. Plenty rooms with AC in most of them. Place was spacious. Hot tub was nice and all 5 fit in there. The water is essentially a pond or maybe classified as a marsh so it was too small to enjoy the boats (for us) but it made for a nice scenic setting. Host is very responsive and helpful. Would come back here for sure. "

The access to the water is not easy as it is down a path through rocks and when you get to the water it is all green and slimy with a dock covered in goose poop.
