The complex, renovated in 2008, comprises two buildings with 9 apartments sharing a spacious panoramic swimming pool.

Our second-floor apartment spans 60 square meters and features an open-plan living and dining area with a large sofa bed, offering beautiful valley views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and full-size refrigerator.

The master bedroom includes a double bed and generous dresser space for your belongings. With its strategically placed windows providing natural cross-ventilation and a cooling fan, the stone structure maintains a comfortable temperature even during the warmest summer days.

The apartment displays classic Tuscan architectural elements: chestnut beam ceilings, terracotta brick walls and floors.

The swimming pool is open from April through September.

The nearest restaurant, Nonna Bianca, is just 700 meters away, featuring a terrace with valley views and special "unlimited pizza" nights every Friday.

Just 1.5 km away lies the charming village of Iano, home to a convenience store and the excellent Antico Borgo restaurant. The surrounding countryside offers stunning views of vineyards with their endless rows of grapes and olive trees.

The sacred site of San Vivaldo—known as the "Jerusalem of Tuscany"—is a mere 5-minute drive away.
