In the heart of the Baronnies Natural Park, at the foot of the Perty Pass, enjoy a holiday home in the countryside.

The house is overlooking a quiet hamlet and consists of:
- a spacious and bright living room with an open kitchen for your meals with family or friends
- 3 bedrooms with 8 beds: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single bunk beds
- a large mezzanine (40m²) with a sitting area (1 sofa + a convertible sofa bed allowing 2 extra beds)
- a bathroom with Italian shower
- an outdoor solar shower
- a separate toilet

The house is surrounded by a land of 1700m² which is composed of:
- 3 to 4 parking spaces
- An inground swimming pool 4m x 8. 5m privative, salt treatment. It is secured by an electric shutter.
- A wooden terrace that surrounds part of the house and the pool, not overlooked
- A pergola

The interior facilities are:
- Table for 8-10 people (+ outdoor table if needed)
- Rotating heat oven

Met ons gezin hadden we een prettig verblijf gehad in Ruissas. Het is een heel rustig dorpje, voor de dichtstbijzijnde winkel moet ongeveer een halfuur reistijd gerekend worden. In de omgeving zijn veel mooie uitstapjes te maken.

Superbe séjour.La maison est à 844m d'altitude et entourée de différents sommets. Les champs de lavandes aux alentours sont magnifiques.Il y fait très calme. C'est assez éloigné de tout,mais Buis les Baronnies est à 1/2h et on y trouve tous ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. A conseiller pour les amateurs de nature (randonnées)et de calme.

Fantastic house
Nice house with pool. Very quiet place. Fantastic view from the garden and great walks right from the house. 40 min to Orpierre and 30 min to Buis les Baronnies and the great rock climbing at those places.

Une vue MAGNIFIQUE
Un spot très rare. L'endroit est magnifique. je ne recommande juste pas un bébé. Pour les enfants plus grands c'est super il y a de la place. Aurélien, Line et son mari qui s'occupent de l'arrivée et du départ sont vraiment aux petits soins. Maison fonctionnelle et très propre. Très pratique pour les randonneurs ou les cyclistes. Merci encore

Entre montagne et nature, un hâvre de paix ! La maison est confortable, fonctionnelle, et d'une propreté irréprochable. La piscine entourée de sa terrasse accueille petits et grands avec bonheur. Super entspannter Urlaub
Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Es ist sehr ruhig dort. Das Haus ist mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr gut für einen Familienurlaub mit Freunden. Ein Higlight ist der Pool. Die Betreuung ist sehr hilfsbereit unt nett. Supermärkte sind weit weg. Man muss also gut planen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!
