On this level, a bathroom/laundry room and a separate toilet are fitted out. In a peaceful area, adjoining the historic center and the shopping town of Montbrison, you enter the charming property of Colette & Christian. This is shared between their house and their independent gîte which has its own private garden (currently being finished). In the center of the Loire (42), between Saint-Etienne and Roanne: it is a prime location for an ultra comfortable base and a relaxing stay close to all amenities. This gîte has a holiday full of leisure activities in store for you! For your well-being, Ma Glycine has a private pool house with a spa, sports equipment, a bar, a dart board, etc., and a real wooden sauna is installed in the garden.
