"Communal bathroom door doesn’t close (got walked in on while using toilet), faucet handle fell off, mildew in air conditioner, ants crawling on me in bed, tv didn’t work, wasn’t offered a key to bedroom door and guy couldn’t find one for 10 minutes. Kept trying random keys in his pocket. Called “hotel” to complain and was told to call Expedia because hotel couldn’t do anything. Expedia said to call hotel because they couldn’t do anything. "

"The hotel is centrally located, many restaurants and stores nearby without needing to go through traffic. The family suite is great, as kids had their own bedroom with individual beds, and their own bathroom. Food in the hotel is good, many options available. The service is excellent, staff are very welcoming. Hotel has free parking with restricted access."
"Stayed here for the weekend. Room was suitable and clean. The neighborhood was a little rough but nothing too concerning. Very close to the airport. The person on the phone made it very easy to check in and out. I have no complaints, would definitely return to this place the next time im in town"

"I booked for my son who is just 18 and too young to book a hotel. He needed a place to go after a concert with friends. I am so grateful to have found a host open to having a young group stay at their place. Upon arrival my son sent me a video stating the place was great! “Very comfortable and clean”!
