"We stayed in one of Giulio and Marco’s new apartments for a week and had a fantastic time. The amenities, pool, olive groves and sunsets are beautiful. It was easy to get to Pisa and Lucca (20 min) each. Giulio was extremely generous with his time, giving us a detailed tour of the farm and explaining how he is planning to increase biodiversity. Both he and Marco also provided lots of helpful tips on making the most of the area. Definitely recommend!"

"I was disappointed to find out that this hotel was tucked away in an awkward location. I read that it was a 15 min walk from the leaning tower of Pisa but it is actually a 15/20 minute drive instead. There is a bus stop fairly close by that tou can walk to but this only runs once an hour. The rooms are very basic but this is expected for the price however they are clean and comfortable. "San Luca Palace Hotel was very nice. The best part of it was that it had Disabled Accessible bathroom in my room. There was ample room for me to maneuver wheelchair safely. I really appreciated that I had my own accessible bathroom, and my husband had his own bathroom. The only downside about the bathroom is that it lacked safety grab bars. Luca was a lovely town to visit and wander. It's proximity to Florence and Pisa or ideal. I would definitely stay at that hotel and come back to visit Luca....
