"We loved our stay at Hacienda Tres Casita! The staff were so friendly and helpful when we needed something like towels or more coffee, breakfast was good, and the casitas are so romantic and the views are gorgeous. It was 20 minutes from the beach, so we got to enjoy being in the mountains and enjoy the west coast. Would highly recommend!"

Our only complaints were that if you have the beach view rooms, the music by the pool keeps you up until they turn it off, and it is loud when you are trying to relax by the pool. "When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it.
