This hotel from top to bottom thought about all details at a high level. Loved the kids club giving adults time to adult, love the restaurants and the staff who treated everyone special, and loved the room. I can not wait to return! "

He truly elevated our experience and made our dinners even more enjoyable. Their private beach is beautiful and so is their pool. We always found spots either at the beach or at the pool. "When we check in Carla was at the counter, she was EXCEPTIONAL! She was able to help us get a rental car because the reservation we made for a car rental with Orbitz Omited to let us know that a international driver’s license was required, so we could not pick up a car. She was very helpful letting us know good places to go. In general the staff was great and helpful."

"Beautiful setting with a large pool and close to beach. Access to beach is quick using the shuttle service. Food was fabulous with a huge range of options, from traditional to a wider selection. Fish selection was especially good. Entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging. They quickly made us feel welcome and we enjoyed their company. Very pleased with our spacious double room, especially with two older teenage kids. "

"Great hotel for family, nice big pool with different depths to suit levels of ability. Cocktails by the pool were lovely. Bed was comfy, kids loved the sofa bed that popped up into a bunk. Breakfast was great too, lots of choice."
