Chalé muito gostoso. Tivemos um problema com a falta de água quente, mas resolveram rápido. O café da manhã pode ter a reposição mais rápida, várias vezes as opções acabam e demora um pouco pra repor.

Viagem romântica perfeita - RECOMENDO
Foram dias incríveis! O quarto é muito bem equipado, a lareira e a hidro deram o clima ideal para nossa viagem romântica. O piso do box escorrega um pouco mas compramos um tapete de borracha que resolveu perfeitamente. O café da manhã é em outra pousada da rede, fica próximo e não foi um problema pra nós.

Foi horrível e a experiência, quando alugamos o quarto na informação falava que tinha café da manhã , chegando no local , o café era em outra pousada , com uma caminha de 8 min até o local, Perguntei se haveria a possibilidade do café ser no quarto informaram que sim , porém depois de alguns minutos, informaram que não serviria o café no local e que a gente tinha que ir até a outra pousada, uma falta de organização e de informação, porque no ato do aluguel do quarto não informa isso ,

Foi muito rápida. Tudo estava bem limpo e cheiroso. O café da manhã é servido no quarto. Tinha quantidade mais que suficiente para um casal. Não havia copo ou talher, o que foi complicado para poder tomar o suco/café. Sobre o banheiro, vez ou outra subia um cheiro muito ruim. A pia e o armário estavam velhos é um pouco mofados, mas não comprometeu a estadia. A lareira estava disponível e foi muito útil com a temperatura próximo dos 5° C.

Tenso e humilhante, nunca passei por isso na vida.
Ao comprar o pacote não sabia que deveria fazer o check in em outro local, o cartão para dividir o valor não passou na maquininha, já tiveram outras reclamações em avaliações anteriores, não existe buffet de café da manhã como descrito no site, o mesmo é levado ao quarto num cesto, em horário diferente do solicitado no check in (todos os dias), xícara suja de batom, não há limpeza diária, as toalhas são manchadas, velhas, e cheiram mal, recebimento de apenas um jogo para todas as diárias, hidro no quarto e toalhas molhadas sem condições de secagem pq a cidade é úmida, sem atendimento por telefone ou whatsapp, durante a tarde de sábado, fomos conversar pessoalmente na recepção física antes de sair para jantar, a atendente Joelma e o gerente que se recusou a falar seu nome, nos ameaçaramde chamar a polícia e nos expulsaram no sábado á noite querendo devolver o dinheiro, disseram que era um problema nosso ficarmos desalojados, se recusaram a ver no meu celular os dados da minha reserva com a descrição da mesma, por fim nos deram toalhas, limparam o quarto no dia seguinte, ofereceram vinho e taças e taças os quais não aceitamos, pois só queríamos o que tínhamos pago por direito, mandaram whatsapp de desculpas, a banheira TB estava suja com restos de cabelos e fiapos de roupa vermelha no ralo, estadia tensa, administradores totalmente despreparados para lidarem com hospedafem/hóspedes/turismo, não conhecem os detalhes do site de vendas nem dos serviços apresentados.

Local próximo do centro de fácil acesso. O que incomodou foi a árvore no meio do estacionamento que atrapalhou o estacionamento do meu SUV quando todos os clientes estavam na pousada, 06 carros para estacionar juntos e manobrar o espaço deixa a desejar por conta da árvore no meio do estacionamento. Café da manhã é servido muito tarde e infelizmente atrasou todos os dias de minha estadia. Alguns itens do cardápio do café da manhã chegaram verdes sendo impossível consumi-los.
