"This place was clean, confortable and perfect for our group, and the owners were incredibly helpful and kind to us - they were even better than the place. Two very minor downsides - it's a bit of a drive into Lexington (about 6 miles, and a slow drive on country roads) where our activities were, and the high windows let in light earlier in the morning than we wanted to wake. But those were minor to us. We'd stay here again, without question."

"The house and outside of the property were just perfect! The swings and hot tub were the high light of our stay ( be sure to check the tire swing for any nests, made that mistake and ended up being stung by a wasp….nest fell with me off the swing so we carefully moved it away from the swing) Inside was cozy and comfy. AC unit was a little hard to understand at first but it works like a gem! Will definitely be recommending and would totally stay again"

"The house is adorable. Every little comfort has been thought about and provided. From the couch to the bedding, it felt like a home. The outside is fabulous. Woods and a great firepit made the nights fun and full of laughter. We spent the days hiking the AT or enjoying a good book, that we found from the ample selection, on the shelves inside. There are no complaints, just thanks for such a wonderful stay."

"This was a beautiful and quiet setting perfectly located for our interests which were hiking the Appalachian Trail, exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway, and enjoying a day trip to Thomas Jefferson’s home at Monticello. "This place was perfect size for my husband and I and another couple to stay and enjoy an extended weekend. I give it a 4 star over all stay due to the 2 bedroom has more of a closet door instead of a true door that had difficulty closing at night. All new appliances were perfect for cooking dinner at night and perfect location to do the Nelson 151 wine tour."

"We all had a great time and enjoyed our “ mini annual family vacation”, Memorial Day & Anniversary ( 31 years me and my husband). Loved how stocked your place was and the cute welcome package ☺️.
