"Very good hotel near the main arras of Florence. Great coffee shop nearby and close to the tram and buses as well as the major sites.
Everything worked- air conditioned, bathrooms etc no issues.

"Very friendly staff and a perfect location close enough to everything without being noisy. The building has an interesting history, and a good breakfast is included on the veranda overlooking a nice courtyard."
"I had a great stay! Room was clean and very well decorated. I really loved the design. There are multiple lounge locations on the property including roof top, cafe and bars. I would suggest not getting the provided breakfast it was very skimp but the cafe has better options. There a restaurant directly adjacent to the hotel, very good for dinner but make a reservation.
Overall the location is very walkable 10-15 minutes to main attractions, restaurants, cafes!
